Disable Set As Desktop Background in WIN-XP

1. START
2. RUN
3. regsvr32 /u shimgvw.dll [Remove Right Click-> "Set as Desktop Background"
4. exit

To Reset the Option in Previous Mode Type "regsvr32 shimgvw.dll" at Step-3
